பேதுரு எழுந்து, அவர்களுடனே கூடப்போனான். அவன் போய்ச் சேர்ந்தபொழுது, அவர்கள் அவனை மேல்வீட்டுக்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டு போனார்கள். அப்பொழுது விதவைகளெல்லாரும் அழுது, தொற்காள் தங்களுடனே கூட இருக்கையில் செய்திருந்த அங்கிகளையும் வஸ்திரங்களையும் காண்பித்து, அவனைச் சூழ்ந்து நின்றார்கள்.

யூதா சந்ததியாருடைய முகாமின் கொடி அவர்களுடைய இராணுவங்களோடு முதல் புறப்பட்டது; அவனுடைய இராணுவத்திற்கு அம்மினதாபின் மகன் நகசோன் தலைவனாக இருந்தான்.

யூதாவின் முகாமில் உள்ள மூன்று குழுக்களும் முதலில் சென்றன. அவர்கள் தங்கள் கொடியோடு பயணம் செய்தனர். முதல் குழுவானது யூதாவின் கோத்திரமாகும். அம்மினதாபின் மகனான நகசோன் அக்குழுவின் தலைவனாக இருந்தான்.
